Activity: Do the Armadillo Drill
If you read the poem, perhaps you can understand that it's not so easy for humans to roll into a perfect ball. But that didn't stop someone from coming up with a popular exercise called the Armadillo Drill. Here's how you do it:
What You'll Need
• Yourself
• A partner
STEP 1
Get on your back on the floor.

STEP 2
Curl your back while bringing your knees to your chest. Your elbows should touch your knees.
​
STEP 3
Hold this position while your partner holds your feet and gently rocks you back and forth and from side to side.
​
STEP 4
Switch positions with your partner.
