Eleven
Eleven is such a fun age to be
You're no longer a baby
Nor as old as eighty-three

It's the beginning of a magic act
Based on simple math
And this is a fact

See, this birthday where your numbers repeat
Is the start of a cycle
That's really quite neat

Every eleven years from here on out
Makes your age the same digits
When it get written out

Twenty-two, thirty-three and so on down the line
This fun trick rolls on
'Til the age of ninety-nine

If you're lucky enough, you'll see every one
And have undecennial cycles
That are massive amounts of fun

So my wish for you, my dear young friends
Is that you follow your heart's truth
And enjoy your life until it ends

That every eleven years, when your numbers duplicate
You look back on that cycle
With great fondness, not hate

May you surround yourself with what truly makes life sweet
Not things, not power
Not a fat balance sheet

No, the secret is simple. Let me share it with you
Do whatever you deeply love
With those whose love for you is true

That's it, my friends. My advice is complete
Combine your passions with your people
To live a life that can't be beat
